Questions
How am I charged for my pet’s stay? What is considered a day?
The day your pet arrives is day number one, regardless of the time of day your pet arrives. On the day that you pick your pet up, your pet must be checked out before 10:30 A.M. or another full days charge is incurred.

Boarding during Peak Season
Please note that during the Holidays of Christmas, New Years, and Spring Break there is a five day minimum charge. During these holiday times there is a $50.00 deposit required to hold the reservation which is refundable up to 21 days approx. prior to the peak season. All cancellations and date changes must be made prior to the 21 days or an administration fee of $25.00 will apply.
